Return Policy

1. Goods will be accepted as return for the following reasons only:

If shipment was made without Customer’s authorization;
If incorrect items were shipped;
If products were sent on evaluation basis.

2. If Customer intends to return products ordered in error or any other reason not mentioned above, the following restocking fees and terms will apply:

Within 30 days of receipt date: Restocking Fee of 25% of products valeu;
Refurbishing and replacement charges will be added to the restocking fee for damaged or missing items;
After 30 days of receipt date: No returns are accepted;

3. To return goods, contact a Customer Service Representative by telephone or e-mail sales@rhossemedical.com. Please have the following information:
a. Reason you wish to return the goods; b. Receipt date; c. Customer’s Purchase Order and the Rhosse Medical invoice number;

4. Shipment must be returned prepaid by Customer. Collect shipments will not be accepted.

5. Rhosse Medical does not accept returns on customized products.
